Ingredientes:  200 gr wild Alaska salmon de Alaska 1 lime Soy sauce Roasted sesame 1 tablespoon chopped shallot 1 tablespoon chopped chives 1 chopped shallot or spring onio 1 Greek yogurt Salt, pepper  
Preparation Cut the salmon into cubes without mincing it.
Dress it with the chives and chopped shallots.
Add a tablespoon of soy sauce, sesame oil, a tablespoon of roasted sesame and half of the grated lime. Leave in the fridge for about 20 minutes. Arrange the tartare on the plate and put some Greek yogurt seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil and chopped chives on top.
